By accessing this website, scheduling a service, or engaging First Coast Pro Clean LLC, you (“Client”, “User”, or “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Scope of Service
First Coast Pro Clean LLC provides professional residential cleaning services across designated Jacksonville, FL service zones. Detailed scope of work (Recurring Estate Maintenance, Deep Clean, Move-In/Move-Out Concierge) is specified at the time of booking via our online booking engine.
2. Access & Lockout Policy
- Property Access: The Client must provide functional access to the property on the scheduled service date (gate codes, door codes, key location, or physical presence).
- Lockout Fee: If technicians are unable to access the property within 15 minutes of the scheduled arrival window, a $50 Lockout Fee will be billed to the card on file.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service window.
- Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made under 24 hours from the scheduled window will incur a $50 Cancellation Fee to cover dispatched labor allocation.
4. Billing & Payment Terms
- Payment Authorization: A valid credit or debit card must be placed on file via BookingKoala at the time of booking. A pre-authorization hold may be placed prior to service.
- Final Charge: Payments are charged in full upon service completion.
- Unpaid Balances: Unpaid balances over 30 days are subject to a 1.5% monthly late charge and collection actions in accordance with Florida contract law.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee & Damage Claims (“100% Risk-Free Reset”)
- 24-Hour Inspection Window: If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your service, you must notify FCPC within 24 hours of service completion. We will dispatch a technician to re-clean the disputed areas at zero additional cost.
- No Cash Refunds: FCPC provides re-cleans under our guarantee; cash or credit card refunds are not issued.
- Damage Claims: Any claim for property damage caused by FCPC technicians must be reported in writing within 24 hours of service completion, accompanied by photographic documentation. Pre-existing damage, delicate/unsecured structural items, and antique wear are excluded from liability.
6. Biohazards & Safety Restrictions
For safety and compliance with state labor standards, FCPC technicians do not:
- Handle human/animal biohazards, blood, bodily fluids, or excessive animal waste.
- Clean severe mold infestations.
- Lift, move, or shift furniture weighing over 35 pounds.
- Work in environments without functioning electricity, running water, or operational climate control.
7. Non-Solicitation of Personnel
Client agrees not to independently hire, recruit, solicit, or contract with any cleaning technician introduced to them by First Coast Pro Clean LLC for a period of twelve (12) months following the termination of service. Direct solicitation breaches subject the Client to a $2,500 liquidated damages placement fee.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, the total aggregate liability of First Coast Pro Clean LLC arising out of or related to any service shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the Client for the specific cleaning service in question.
9. Legal Jurisdiction & Regulatory Compliance
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Duval County, Jacksonville, Florida.
Operational Registrations:
Duval County Local Business Tax Receipt (LBTR) & City of Jacksonville Certificate of Use (COU) maintained on file with Duval County municipal agencies.
